CORONAVIRUS - COVID 19 - UPDATE: 22ND MARCH 2020
During the coronavirus outbreak, Wirral Foodbank is continuing to support people with emergency food, but we are running a reduced service due to measures put in place to slow the spread of Covid19.
It is hard for us to say how things will unfold in the coming weeks, but we will continue to provide help wherever possible.
We have reduced the number of centres providing food support.
From Monday 23rd March we will have one centre open
Monday-Thursday 10.30am-12.30pm, located at:
The Salvation Army
* Please note you will need a Red Food Voucher
Food can be donated at the following locations:
Wirral Foodbank Warehouse, open Mon - Thu 10am - 1.30pm
and the following stores:
Tesco (Heswall, Rock Ferry and Bidston)
Asda (Birkenhead, Bromborough, Liscard and Arrowe Park.)
Sainsbury's Upton and Greasby
If you would like to make a financial gift, please select the red Donate tab at the top right hand corner of this screen for the options available.
Please note the Foodbank Office is open Mon - Thu 10am - 1.30pm. Due to the additional workloads our phone lines will only be open Mon - Thu, 10am - 12pm. We have switched off the answerphone, if you require help and cannot find the information on our website please email , include your name and telephone number, we will respond as soon as possible.
